What is Numerology?
So exactly what is numerology? In its simplest terms, numerology is the study of the meaning of numbers. Look deeply at what that statement actually entails and you find a complete system with way too many accurate and proven instances to be mere chance.
By using numerology, you can get help to make better decisions in your life. Numerology can help improve your financial standing by giving you insight into when is the best time to make specific transactions. It can help you find true love that will last a lifetime, it can help you find a job and much more.
Perhaps best of all, anyone can learn to consult the numbers in their life. In fact, any computer can easily be programmed to run the numbers for you because numbers don't change and are not open for interpretation.
The hard part when learning what is numerology, is in knowing what the numbers mean, how they interact with each other, which numbers to work with, etc., etc.
For now, let's start with the simple chart of the number that corresponds to each letter of the alphabet.

The process is very simple. Start by writing your name on a sheet of paper. My name is Denise so my paper would have d - e - n - i - s - e
Looking at the chart above you see that d = 4, e = 5, n = 5, i = 9, s = 1, e = 5.
You begin by adding those numbers up. In the example, they total 29. With the exception of the number 11 and 22, you always want to reduce the numbers to a single digit. In this case 2 + 9 = 11.
Because 11 is still a 2 digit number, we would normally reduce it down again, 1 + 1 = 2. But 11 and 22 are master numbers and are special so leave it as it and you'll learn more about it as we get deeper into the lessons.
Important Names and Dates in our lives
We humans have a habit of placing names upon everything we see, hear, feel or touch and most of the time we are thankful for this because it is a little hard to communicated with others when you call everything by different names.
Anything that has a name and every date that ever was or ever will be can have an effect on you. That does not mean however, that you need to run the numbers on the name of every flower in your yard because you tend to them, it simply means that almost everything that can or does have a major impact in our lives can be tweaked a little by running the numbers and making sure to do things are the right time and place.
