Vindictive Psychic Warning
The page you are looking for has been removed because I am under attack from someone claiming to be psychic. I feel the need to bring everything out in the open, not just to prove my point in this, but to also warn others to steer clear of this woman for fear of what she might do to others.
The pyschic I have to warn you about today is Rev. Cassandra Anaya of Circle of Light. I have emails to back up everything I am saying here and will gladly forward them to anyone who is interested. I am including copy and paste parts of the emails in this page to prevent it from being 20 pages long.
On 8/14/2011, I received an email from someone using a screen name of MariaSuzonne, claiming to be an employee of Ms. Anaya. The email was quiet nasty and started by making a threat of a lawsuit, went on to immediately try to explain why that was not a threat, then went immediately into assuming, without giving me a single chance to reply, that I was going to try to deny that a part of their web site had been plagiarized on my site.
I do not take things like this lightly. All of my employees are taught to make sure they do not plagiarize by running their work through copyscape. So I immediately looked and sure enough, it had been plagiarized. Within 10 minutes of finding it out, the page was changed. Less than 1 hour after finding it out, the girl that did it was fired. I honestly don't know what more anyone could expect of me.
Had MarisSuzonne been simply obnoxious, I would have probably explained what happened, however her original email attempted to escalate the situation by claiming it would be a felony charge against me because I sell products on my page. Anyone can look on wayback and see all-psychics.com does not sell products so I felt it best to say as little as possible, after all, anyone that will tell lies on first contact, will usually try to turn anything else you say against you.

Had you tried treating me with common human decency, I would have been more than will to tell you what I found out. However, since you treated me like a piece of trash, I shall do the same with you and only say the few things I personally wish to say rather than explaining.
Here is what I have to say...
People who act as you did are what give the entire industry a bad reputation and I will share this with others, for I am sure no one would want to use someone that condones your mouth.
Harsh? Not nearly as harsh as what was sent to me, and unlike her email, mine was 100% true. All the people I deal with take things such as lying very seriously.
To recap, at this point, the page had been changed and it should have been over with.
Three days later, I received an email from my host, where Ms. Anaya complained to my host that I was plagiarizing their site. My host contacted me and I replied to them, telling exactly what happened. I had no explaination of why she would have contacted them 3 days after it was changed, unless she was being vindictive for some reason. My host wrote back that they agreed, massive changes had been made and they saw no further need to escalate the case.
In her email to my host, Ms Anaya lied and claimed I had also stole artwork from her site. The only artwork on that page of my site is in the header and it is a photo of a crystal ball. I purchased the right to use that cystal ball on 123RF.com many years ago. I really don't understand why she would need to add more lies to this situation, but they are there, in the emails and anyone can see them.
I wrote to Ms Anya and listed 5 specific points I feel is what caused the problem, here is exactly what I said...
1) Your employee was exceptionally rude to me ON FIRST CONTACT. Made unfounded accusations and general treated me like garbage.
2) Your employee neglected to inform you the page was changed immediately after I received the email.
3) Your employ was told I would not spend my time explaining it because she chose to treat me like garbage. A simple apology and I would have gladly explained it because it seems your employee is just as undependable as the one I fired 3 days ago.
4) I have just informed my host that your employee knew about the changes 3 days ago, which now makes you look vindictive.
5) Had your employee contacted me in the manner you contacted my host, I would have gladly explained exactly how it happened and what was done, however I choose not to reward people who make claims they can not back up regarding a persons character.
This manner is closed. It was taken care of 3 days ago, you have only to get your employee to do their job and actually look.
Two days later, I received another email from my host where Ms. Anaya has again contacted them complaining about my site and again attempting to get my site removed.
This is beyond ridiculous. This woman is supposed to be a psychic, but she can not see, by looking at my site or by using her psychic abilities that the page was changed on 8/14/11?
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to be able to see from this screen capture of my computer that all the files on that site were updated in the first half of July, then there is the one that she complained about that is so obviously dated 8/14/2011.
I don't know why someone that is holding themselves to be a servant of their god would attack someone that is not even truly their competition. Our sites are completely different. We have a diffent target audience. She is charging as much as $180 for a psychic reading, $550 for a healing and $40 for a candle you can buy all over the internet for $6. I train people with FREE information. I don't charge people to use my site. Am I truly that much of a threat to her?
There is no logical reason for all of this to be happening. I did nothing wrong. I had an employee that did something wrong, they lost their job because of it and the page was changed 10 minutes after I was notified of it. I feel it is my duty to warn others of dealing with this woman. If she will tell lies trying to get my site taken down, what will she do to others?
It is like everything else in life, you will always be better at taking care of yourself, if you learn to use your own abilities and part of that means using common sense. If someone will do something like this woman is doing to me, the chances are she will do it or something similar to others. Don't let yourself be one of them.
